Behavioural Questionnaire
This form needs to be filled out for all patients with behavioural concerns.

Acceptable Standard of Behaviour Policy
Red House Paediatrics has a zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal aggressive/abusive/threatening behaviour from parents/carers, in person or over the phone, against our staff or practitioners, or any other person/s (other patients or visitors to the rooms).
Separated Parents Policy
it is our expectation that separated parents work together respectfully and cooperatively, regarding the care of their child unless a court order specifies otherwise
Supervision of Children
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times whilst on the premises of Red House Paediatrics
